Operating as an independent non-profit organization in the Republic of Kosovo, PHM-West unites heritage professionals, researchers, and community advocates.
Through structured research, policy support, and collaborative initiatives, PHM-West works directly with institutional partners, municipalities, and local communities to protect cultural assets while enabling responsible cultural tourism.
Western Kosovo (Pejë, Deçan, Gjakova, Istog, Klina, Rugova region) and cultural heritage sites across Kosovo.

The Members Assembly is the highest governing body of PHM-West. It determines strategic policy directions, amends organizational statutes, approves financial reports, and elects the executive board members.
